Ticket information will be announced at his website, according to a press release.Diamond revealed the news to Red Sox fans at the team's home-opener on Tuesday (4/8) via a pre-recorded message that played on the ballpark's video screen during the eight-inning sing-a-long to his classic hit "Sweet Caroline," a longtime ritual at the ballpark.Diamond's new album, "Home Before Dark," is due in stores May 6.
